This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and playing a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payment operations.

Are you an organized, detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys solving problems and working with data? We are seeking an AP Payment Audit Representative II to support our accounts payable team by researching payment activity, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy throughout the AP process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at identifying trends, researching discrepancies, and working with large amounts of data. This position requires strong Excel abilities and the ability to collaborate with a team while also taking ownership of assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed research and audits related to accounts payable payments and transactions
• Review payment information to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for correction
• Create and maintain Excel templates to support auditing and reporting needs
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and pivot tables, to analyze data
• Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Document findings and communicate updates to internal teams
• Collaborate with AP team members and other departments to resolve issues
• Work independently while contributing to overall team goals

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong research and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and template creation
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong team player who can also work independently
• Experience in accounts payable, payment auditing, accounting, or a related field preferred
