Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full supplier onboarding lifecycle, ensuring vendor records are created, reviewed, and maintained accurately in NetSuite and Coupa.
• Provide daily operational support for procurement activities, helping internal teams navigate purchasing needs and vendor-related requests.
• Monitor purchase order activity from creation through completion, following up on outstanding items and helping keep transactions on track.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies tied to vendor setup, purchasing data, and procurement workflows across connected systems.
• Update existing supplier information and establish new vendor profiles while maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
• Work across teams to support efficient buying processes and improve the accuracy of procurement documentation and system records.
• Review procurement transactions to confirm alignment between supplier records, purchase orders, and supporting contract details.
• Assist with vendor management tasks by responding to operational issues, clarifying requirements, and supporting ongoing supplier engagement.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a closely related operational function.• Hands-on experience using both NetSuite and Coupa in a procurement or supplier management environment.
• Strong understanding of how supplier records and procurement transactions move between integrated systems.
• Practical knowledge of purchase order processing, buying procedures, and day-to-day procurement operations.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with supplier contracts, vendor records, and corporate procurement practices.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external vendors.
