ERP Integration Manager

We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to lead enterprise application connectivity efforts for a client in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position focuses on aligning business needs with scalable ERP integration solutions across platforms such as Epicor and Oracle NetSuite. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration to shape requirements, guide delivery, and support effective change adoption.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the design and coordination of ERP integration initiatives that connect business applications and improve data flow across the organization.
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirement documentation that supports development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Partner with technical and functional teams to define integration strategies involving Epicor, Oracle NetSuite, and related enterprise systems.
• Oversee ABAP-related development activities by providing direction on technical priorities, solution quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project execution timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep integration work on track and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts by helping users and leadership prepare for process updates tied to new or revised system integrations.
• Review integration outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements to system performance, reliability, and usability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing ERP integration projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and its application within business system solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
• Ability to create and manage detailed business requirement documents for technical and functional audiences.
• Solid understanding of change management principles within system implementation or integration initiatives.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities in contract-based project settings.

Compensation

$76.00-$88.00 Hourly
