Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition initiatives for a leading organization in the Real Estate & Property industry. This Long-term Contract position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and will focus on identifying, assessing, and securing strong talent for a range of detail-oriented and leadership openings. The role also partners closely with hiring leaders to improve hiring decisions, strengthen candidate pipelines, and support broader talent initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, detail-oriented, and leadership-level positions, from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system, ensuring reliable data, timely status updates, and process compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, contributing to workforce planning strategies and internal mobility efforts.
• Build and sustain talent networks that strengthen the employer brand and create access to high-caliber candidates for both immediate and future opportunities.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process, offering guidance on candidate evaluation, market insights, and effective hiring practices.
• Support and mentor talent acquisition team members by sharing best practices, strengthening recruiting capabilities, and encouraging career growth.
• Create and enhance recruiting tools, resources, and training materials that help managers make informed and consistent hiring decisions.
• Research and implement targeted sourcing approaches for specific job families, using creative strategies to attract capable talent.
• Contribute to additional talent acquisition and development projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function.
• Strong background in full-cycle corporate recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and candidate relationship management.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and talent management platforms, including familiarity with Workday HCM or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and recruiting practices that support fair, compliant, and effective hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with leaders at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with urgency while adapting to changing business demands.
• Demonstrated coaching, influencing, and negotiation skills when handling complex hiring situations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

$38.00-$44.00 Hourly
