Staff Accountant
A hospitality company in West Hollywood is seeking a Staff Accountants for a temporary leave of absence. The Staff Accountant will provide interim support while a key General Ledger team member is on leave. This role is onsite on Monday – Thursday from 10-6PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily sales reconciliations
Complete bank reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Process venue payment applications
Support general ledger and month-end accounting activities
Assist with other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Staff Accountant
Hospitality industry background required
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
Experience with journal entries and cash activity
Ability to work independently and start quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
This is an onsite role Monday - Thursday from 10-6PM. Hospitality experience is required and experience with R365 is a plus. Pay is based on experience, between $25-35/hr.
Qualifications:
