Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct end-to-end hiring activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee separation processes.
• Guide managers and employees through workplace concerns by handling employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and providing practical coaching on performance issues.
• Oversee benefit offerings, leave administration, workers’ compensation matters, and retirement program support while ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain adherence to employment regulations and internal policies by monitoring HR practices, preparing required documentation, and supporting reporting obligations.
• Manage HR information systems, personnel files, and workforce data to improve record accuracy and provide meaningful organizational insights.
• Create and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capability, reinforce policies, and encourage career development.
• Support employee engagement efforts by organizing recognition initiatives, team events, and activities that reinforce a strong workplace culture.
• Partner with leadership to refine HR processes, improve retention, and increase overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable relevant experience.• At least 5 years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including leadership or management responsibility.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and performance management practices.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and interpreting workforce metrics to support business decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive matters effectively.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and broader HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• HR certification is preferred.
• Background supporting construction, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments is a plus.
Compensation
$90,000.00-$105,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
