ERP Integration Manager
Responsibilities:
• Drive technical assessments of existing applications and platforms to uncover integration gaps, risks, and opportunities for modernization.
• Architect, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems, customer-facing tools, and internal business platforms using API-led approaches.
• Analyze current and future system interactions, then translate findings into clear architecture artifacts, workflow maps, and technical documentation.
• Develop and refine integration and data movement solutions that support secure, stable, and efficient exchange of information between platforms.
• Partner with developers, analysts, stakeholders, and technology leaders to define solution approaches, delivery plans, and implementation priorities.
• Perform testing, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and production support to ensure dependable integration performance in live environments.
• Contribute to code reviews and reinforce sound engineering practices related to quality, maintainability, and supportability.
• Support automation and AI-related initiatives by connecting emerging technologies with core systems and business workflows.
• Participate in Agile team activities such as sprint planning, daily collaboration sessions, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
• Estimate level of effort, identify technical dependencies, and evaluate implementation strategies for upcoming projects and enhancements.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform integration, solutions architecture, or a related technical discipline.• Proven background in designing, building, and consuming APIs within enterprise or cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating business applications with cloud platforms and internal systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and secure data exchange practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with tools or platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, API gateways, and API testing solutions.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with code reviews, unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Strong analytical thinking, independent problem-solving ability, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Compensation
