Accounting Clerk

The Accounting & Payroll Clerk supports day-to-day accounting and payroll functions by assisting with data entry, recordkeeping, invoice processing, payroll administration, and customer service.

• Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping records.
• Enter and maintain payroll and accounting data accurately.
• Process accounts payable invoices and help track payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable and customer billing.
• File and maintain financial records and reports.
• Reconcile basic account discrepancies and research issues.
• Respond to employee and vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end accounting activities.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and document management related to financial transactions.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain dependable follow-through.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and addressing account-related questions.
