Role: In-House Contracts Attorney
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Schedule: In office
Salary: $200K - $250K + discretionary bonus + comprehensive medical benefits
About the role: A prominent family-owned real estate investment and management firm headquartered in NYC is seeking an In-House Contracts Attorney with extensive Commercial Real Estate Leasing experience. Job duties include drafting and negotiating commercial leases, lease amendments, estoppels, workouts, and more. The leases are a mixture of simple agreements (using templates) and more complex agreements. This is a fully in-office role.

Requirements:
- JD from an accredited school
- Licensed to practice in NY
- 5+ years of commercial leasing experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases with little oversight.
Compensation
