Event Planner - Level 4

We are looking for an experienced Event Planner - Level 4 to support a Contract opportunity in New York, New York. This position will coordinate event logistics, manage day-of activities, and help ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational ability, clear communication, and confidence handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate event schedules, logistics, and on-site preparations to ensure all activities run according to plan.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to confirm timelines, materials, and service delivery for the event.
• Monitor event execution in real time, resolving issues quickly to maintain a high-quality attendee experience.
• Prepare and organize event-related documents, supplies, and communications needed before and during the program.
• Track task progress and follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Provide administrative and operational support using standard office tools to manage information and event details.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting or coordinating events in a detail-focused setting.
• Basic proficiency with common office software and general administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several moving parts at once.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with teams, vendors, and attendees.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed in a fast-paced, live event environment.
• Availability to support the scheduled event as needed for this Contract assignment.

Compensation

$25.00-$26.00 Hourly
