Invoicing Analyst

What You'll Do
- Process customer invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently.
- Review billing documentation and job-related paperwork for accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Enter and maintain data within accounting systems.
- Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding billing questions and purchase orders.
- Update customer records and maintain organized financial documentation.
- Assist with customer inquiries and past-due account follow-up.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the invoicing and accounting functions.

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of accounting, invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
Compensation
