Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for keeping financial records accurate, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and working in a fast-paced office setting. The person in this role will contribute to both payables and receivables functions while helping maintain organized financial data and timely invoice processing.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure payments are prepared within established timelines.

• Record customer payments, update account balances, and assist with routine receivables follow-up.

• Enter financial and transactional data into accounting systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Maintain organized documentation for invoices, payment records, and supporting accounting files.

• Reconcile account information and identify discrepancies that require correction or follow-up.

• Communicate with internal team members and external contacts to resolve billing or payment questions.

Qualifications:

• Experience handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities.

• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.

• Background in invoice processing and maintaining supporting financial records.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy office setting.

• Clear communication skills for coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal staff.
