Human Resources (HR) Business Partner
Responsibilities:
• Partner with site leadership to provide practical human resources guidance that supports business goals and workforce needs.
• Manage employee relations matters by reviewing concerns, conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
• Interpret and apply company policies consistently while advising managers and employees on workplace expectations and compliant HR practices.
• Support performance management efforts by coaching leaders through corrective action, feedback discussions, and employee development planning.
• Oversee day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, documentation, and general support for workforce processes.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires, including delivering orientation sessions that help employees transition successfully into the organization.
• Serve as an onsite HR presence for a manufacturing facility, responding to issues promptly and helping maintain a productive work environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on HR initiatives, process improvements, and operational changes that affect employees and managers.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of human resources experience, with strong exposure to HR business partnering or HR management responsibilities.• Demonstrated success handling employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Working knowledge of HR policy interpretation, performance management, and core HR administrative processes.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders in a manufacturing or industrial business setting.
• Ability to work onsite in Groveport, Ohio and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating orientation and onboarding activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
