Web Solutions Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented web specialist who can shape and improve the digital experience across a diverse portfolio of online properties in California. This position blends design awareness, front-end analysis, and cross-functional partnership to ensure websites support business priorities while delivering a reliable and user-friendly experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable examining how web platforms function, translating technical concepts for business teams, and helping guide the long-term direction of web solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and guide front-end plans that enhance usability, accessibility, and audience engagement across multiple web properties.
• Evaluate website behavior, user pathways, and performance trends to uncover issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Document and assess how information moves between websites, internal platforms, and third-party integrations to support effective functionality.
• Administer and refine content management structures and static site components to keep digital assets organized, scalable, and effective.
• Partner with technical teams to support cloud-hosted web environments with a focus on stability, responsiveness, and security.
• Coordinate testing activities for updates, enhancements, and integrations across development, staging, and production environments.
• Work closely with departments such as marketing and other business teams to turn operational goals into clear web requirements.
• Create streamlined content workflows, page layouts, and supporting guidance that enable non-technical users to maintain site content efficiently.
• Collaborate with outside vendors and development partners to ensure completed work aligns with established web standards and project expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in web design with a strong understanding of front-end digital best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML and the ability to work comfortably with website structure and presentation layers.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to apply them to digital experiences.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with email design and an understanding of how digital content adapts across channels.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills for investigating website issues, reviewing user experience, and supporting optimization efforts.

Compensation

$130,000.00-$150,000.00 Yearly
