Revenue Cycle Manager

Location: Warminster, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site)

About the Role
Robert Half is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee billing, collections, coding, and cash posting operations. This role will be responsible for driving revenue cycle performance, monitoring key metrics, leading staff, and implementing process improvements to support operational efficiency and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Cycle Management
Oversee daily billing, collections, coding, follow-up, and cash posting activities
Monitor departmental KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance
Analyze reports and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements
Monitor payer updates, reimbursement changes, and regulatory requirements
Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments and external partners

Leadership & Team Development:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate revenue cycle staff
Conduct regular audits to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Lead team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
Complete performance reviews and provide ongoing employee development
Ensure team members remain current with required training and compliance requirements

Process Improvement & Compliance:
Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
Identify workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and revenue performance
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash posting, or revenue cycle operations
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and liability insurance preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
CRCS-P certification required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash posting, or broader revenue cycle operations.
• Prior experience supervising or managing staff within a healthcare financial operations environment.
• Solid understanding of healthcare billing workflows, claims processing, and reimbursement practices.
• Familiarity with Workers' Compensation and liability insurance is preferred.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• -P certification is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

$26.60-$30.80 Hourly
