Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a strong working partnership between client stakeholders and internal project teams, serving as the central point of coordination throughout delivery.
• Lead conversations related to project scope, schedules, milestones, and expected outputs, ensuring alignment and clear decisions at each stage.
• Manage digital campaigns from initial planning through final execution, keeping timelines on track and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
• Oversee launch preparedness by validating readiness, monitoring quality standards, and confirming that campaigns are fully prepared for deployment.
• Establish and reinforce project governance practices that support consistency, visibility, and effective execution across the campaign lifecycle.
• Identify delivery risks early, develop practical solutions to remove obstacles, and guide teams through changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
• Coordinate with legal, business, and client-facing partners to resolve dependencies, secure approvals, and maintain forward momentum.
• Create clarity in situations with limited definition by organizing next steps, setting priorities, and translating ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Support ongoing process improvements across digital project delivery, including workflows connected to tools such as DAM and CRM platforms when applicable.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in a senior project or program management role supporting digital, marketing, or agency-based initiatives.• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and navigate scope or timeline negotiations.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in environments where priorities may shift quickly.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business, legal, creative, and delivery teams.
• High attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality assurance, launch readiness, and execution accuracy.
• Practical knowledge of digital project delivery, including timeline management, campaign workflows, and related operational processes.
• Familiarity with platforms or environments involving Digital Asset Management, CRM, or CRM marketing activities.
• Ability to organize complex workstreams, maintain structure, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
