Operations Manager
Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on the plant floor and enjoys building high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production and warehouse operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while developing frontline supervisors and employees.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily production and warehouse operations in a continuous manufacturing environment
- Manage production scheduling, labor planning, throughput, and inventory control
- Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, safety protocols, and quality requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
- Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline employees to build a strong and sustainable operating culture
- Lead initiatives focused on improving productivity, yield, inventory accuracy, equipment utilization, and overall plant performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience)
- 6+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- 3+ years leading teams in a production, warehouse, or plant environment
- Experience in multi-shift or continuous manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of cGMP compliance, OSHA requirements, inventory management, and production planning
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills

Compensation
