Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project schedules and track milestone dates to help construction activities remain on time and well organized.
• Maintain master scheduling information, update timelines, and communicate changes to the appropriate project stakeholders.
• Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks related to active construction projects.
• Organize, scan, and file project documents so records are accurate, accessible, and properly maintained.
• Monitor day-to-day project activity and follow up on outstanding items to keep work moving forward.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and scheduling summaries to assist with planning and decision-making.
• Help manage project documentation, correspondence, and related materials across multiple assignments.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting construction projects in an administrative, coordination, or project support capacity.• Working knowledge of timeline management, scheduling practices, and project tracking methods.
• Ability to maintain and update master schedules with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in scanning, organizing, and managing project documentation and digital records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management processes and the needs of contractor-driven environments.
Compensation
