Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiting lifecycle with a focus on operational efficiency and candidate/hiring-team experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, scheduling, and communication between candidates and the hiring team.
• Post internal and external positions.
• Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to communicate and document recruiting activity.
• Deliver a strong interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage service-level agreements so candidates receive timely contact.
• Place/post job advertisements.
• Prepare and send offer letters/packets.
• Perform background investigations / reference checks.
• Notify final candidates of outcomes.
• Assist with recruiting events (open houses, job fairs, campus recruiting) and industry research.
• Recommend and implement process improvements; educate recruiters on sourcing techniques.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a professional office environment.
• Minimum 1 year in an HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Recruiting Coordinator and/or Office Manager, with basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and administrative procedures.
