UX/UI
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside an external agency to assess the current loyalty app experience, evaluate recommendations, and help determine the most valuable design enhancements to pursue.
• Drive the in-house design effort for approved updates across iOS and Android, ensuring each solution supports usability, engagement, and business objectives.
• Examine user behavior and product performance with Loyalty and IT stakeholders to identify friction points and prioritize opportunities with the greatest impact.
• Design and refine end-to-end mobile experiences such as onboarding, account creation, card connection, offer browsing, redemption paths, notifications, rewards visibility, and profile management.
• Produce clear wireframes, clickable prototypes, and refined interface designs in Figma to communicate concepts and support development readiness.
• Improve user flows, content structure, and interaction models to reduce abandonment and create smoother navigation throughout the app.
• Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to balance technical feasibility, mobile platform conventions, accessibility needs, and brand consistency.
• Contribute to experimentation and validation efforts by supporting usability reviews, A/B testing initiatives, and iterative design updates based on feedback and results.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience, including significant hands-on work designing mobile applications for both iOS and Android.• Demonstrated success improving conversion-oriented digital journeys such as registration, onboarding, activation, or opt-in experiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design documentation for product delivery.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders within agile or fast-moving delivery environments.
• Strong ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative inputs and turn findings into practical design decisions.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, interaction design, and user-centered design principles across mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and maintaining consistent experiences across operating systems.
• Experience with loyalty products, fintech-connected experiences, card-linking workflows, or personalization strategies is preferred.
