Test Center Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome test takers, explain check-in procedures, and provide attentive assistance throughout their visit.
• Monitor the testing environment to help ensure all sessions follow established policies, security standards, and scheduling requirements.
• Enter candidate information and testing records accurately while maintaining organized documentation.
• Respond to customer questions, address routine concerns, and resolve service issues in a calm and courteous manner.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to manage communications, appointment details, and general administrative coordination.
• Prepare reports, forms, and other documents using Microsoft Word and Excel as part of daily office support.
• Verify identification, confirm appointments, and guide individuals through required pre-exam steps.
• Maintain an orderly front-desk and testing area while supporting efficient day-to-day center operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing administrative role.• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customer concerns effectively and provide appropriate resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in a detail-oriented setting.
• Ability to follow procedures carefully and maintain confidentiality in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
Compensation
