Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Data Entry Project)

📍 (100% Onsite in Long Island, NY)

💲 Pay- $30-$33/hour

🕒 Full-Time Contract | Monday-Friday

📅 2+ Month Contract (or Until Project Completion)

Robert Half is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a high-priority database buildout project. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with leases, organizing complex information, and ensuring data accuracy.

What You'll Do:

• Review commercial real estate leases and related documents
• Extract and enter critical lease information into Excel
• Analyze and track:
• Lease Terms
• Rent Schedules
• Tax Provisions
• Covenants & Restrictions
• Maintain and update a large commercial real estate database
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across records

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

✔ Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience required

✔ Experience reviewing and abstracting commercial leases

✔ Strong Excel and data entry skills

✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

✔ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
