Robert Half has an exciting temp to hire opportunity with a reputable non-profit in Daly City. Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This position will work closely with two key members of the executive leadership team and will play an important role in keeping their offices organized, efficient, and responsive.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and partnering directly with senior executives involved in the organization's financial operations, strategic planning, business initiatives, and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CFO and Chief Strategy Officer.
  • Proactively manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for communications and correspondence on behalf of the CFO and CSO.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate prioritization.
  • Prepare and format memos, correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other executive documents.
  • Assist with preparation for financial, strategic planning, leadership, and executive meetings.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and supporting documentation for executive meetings.
  • Track meeting follow-ups, action items, deadlines, and deliverables to help ensure priorities remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings and events involving executives, board members, internal leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning and preparation for Board of Directors meetings, including meeting logistics, materials, reservations, meals, minutes, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain organized and confidential files, records, correspondence, policies, procedures, corporate documents, licenses, insurance information, and other executive materials.
  • Handle highly confidential financial, strategic, personnel, and organizational information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner with the Administration team and other executive assistants to ensure seamless coordination across the organization.
  • Provide occasional support to the CEO and CEO's Executive Assistant as needed while maintaining primary responsibility for supporting the CFO and Chief Strategy Officer.
  • Anticipate executive needs, identify potential scheduling or administrative conflicts, and proactively resolve issues before they become challenges.
  • Assist with special projects and other executive-level initiatives as assigned.



Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative or executive support; experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting executives in finance, strategy, healthcare, professional services, technology, or another complex corporate environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive materials.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives, board members, clients, partners, and other high-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Language Skills

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are a plus.



Compensation

$42.75-$49.50 Hourly
