Business Analyst I

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst I to support service operations in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, improving customer service processes, and translating findings into clear documentation for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Agile Scrum environments and can evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for stronger performance and better alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational workflows and business needs to identify process improvements and support informed decision-making.
• Gather, organize, and clarify requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives are accurately defined.
• Review business and customer service documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Partner with call center and service teams to understand pain points, evaluate current practices, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support Agile Scrum activities by contributing to backlog refinement, user story development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform gap analysis to compare existing processes with desired outcomes and highlight areas needing change or enhancement.
• Track action items, document findings, and communicate updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience or foundational knowledge in business analysis within a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements with clarity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with call center customer service operations and related process considerations.
• Experience reviewing documents, workflows, or business records to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum principles and the ability to work effectively in collaborative project settings.
• Skill in conducting gap analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders across teams.

Compensation

$95,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
