Bilingual Paralegal

We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Paralegal to join a prominent personal injury firm on a Contract basis. This opportunity is designed for someone who can step in quickly and provide reliable support during a busy period of discovery, filings, and active case management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with attorneys and clients while keeping matters organized and moving forward in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with daily litigation activities across personal injury matters, helping manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

• Prepare, review, and serve written discovery materials, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.

• Draft, organize, and submit legal documents for court filing while ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor key case dates and maintain calendars to keep discovery obligations, filings, and other milestones on track.

• Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather records and information, and follow up on outstanding items.

• Maintain orderly case files and documentation so that attorneys can access critical materials quickly and efficiently.

• Assist with broader litigation support and case-related tasks as needed, including preparation for hearings or trial activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous paralegal experience supporting personal injury litigation matters.
• Practical experience handling written discovery from preparation through response.
• Working knowledge of court filing procedures and general litigation support practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal teams.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred to support client communication needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy legal setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• A paralegal certificate is preferred.

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
