Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex calendars, communications, and shifting priorities across leadership and cross-functional teams to keep daily activities running smoothly.
• Apply AI-based tools to draft correspondence, summarize meetings and documents, conduct research, and assemble briefing materials that strengthen executive support.
• Handle personal assistance needs for senior leadership, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, managing errands, and supporting household or family-related logistics as needed.
• Organize office operations and maintain a workspace environment that supports productivity, efficiency, and effective time management.
• Address administrative and office-related issues proactively, identifying solutions quickly to minimize disruption.
• Prepare and coordinate executive meetings, travel itineraries, and related materials with close attention to timing and accuracy.
• Take ownership of special assignments and ad hoc projects, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
• Manage sensitive business and personal matters with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership in an Executive Assistant capacity.• Availability to work onsite five days per week in Dallas, Texas.
• College degree or comparable background demonstrating the ability to perform at a high level in executive support.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of office operations, administrative procedures, and standard office technology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with sound judgment and relationship-building ability.
• Comfort using AI-powered productivity tools and willingness to learn new technologies that enhance daily workflow.
Compensation
