Recruiter- PT
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, market research, and proactive outreach to candidates with relevant experience.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake discussions, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring process follow-through.
• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape hiring plans, refine search strategies, and address staffing needs across challenging roles and locations.
• Create targeted sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill openings, with an emphasis on attracting diverse talent and expanding candidate networks.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates and hiring teams by providing timely updates, clear communication, and a high-quality recruitment experience.
• Monitor labor market activity, talent trends, compensation movement, and competitor insights to strengthen recruiting decisions and outreach strategies.
• Represent the organization in external talent communities such as industry events, meetups, conferences, and networking forums to enhance employer visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting practices by applying innovative sourcing methods, evaluating outcomes, and recommending more effective approaches.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma and at least 6 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate environment, search firm, or a combination of both.• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interview process management, and offer-stage coordination.
• Experience handling multiple open searches and balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Background recruiting for areas such as supply chain, corporate functions, field roles, technical positions, or digital talent.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques such as name generation, cold outreach, networking, and talent market research.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills, with the ability to present information clearly and maintain organized recruitment activity.
• Ability to support diversity-focused hiring strategies and engage a broad range of candidate profiles and talent communities.
Compensation
