Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Attorney who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and refine pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents for a bankruptcy-related creditor matter.
• Analyze case developments and translate legal strategy into clear, well-supported written submissions.
• Support trial preparation by organizing materials, reviewing evidence, and helping develop arguments for hearings or proceedings.
• Conduct litigation-related drafting with attention to procedural rules, deadlines, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Collaborate with lead counsel to assess case status, identify priorities, and advance the matter efficiently during the engagement.
• Review discovery materials and relevant records to strengthen filings and overall case strategy.

Qualifications:

• Active bar membership in Washington and status in good standing are required.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable legal environment.

The salary range for this position is $70-90/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
