IT Support

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a growing team in the Inner Loop Houston area. This individual will provide hands-on technical support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with workstation deployments, and support core IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience supporting Windows environments.

Qualifications:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.

Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and common business software.

Create, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory user accounts and permissions.

Configure and deploy new computers, monitors, printers, and peripheral devices.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning.

Track and document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with hardware replacements.

Experience with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Exposure to Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.

CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.

Experience supporting remote users and hybrid work environments.
