Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Coordinator to support a growing Human Resources function during an exciting HR technology transformation. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership across HR operations, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and HR systems.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR individual who enjoys being a highly visible HR resource, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience balancing HR operations, employee support, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Systems Administration
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Assist with the transition from NetSuite and other HR platforms to ADP.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Support open enrollment activities, system testing, reporting, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and external vendors to improve HR processes and system functionality.
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and data management.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume, hourly workforce hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and additional recruiting channels.
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
Human Resources Operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support.
- Assist with employee relations matters and day-to-day HR administration.
- Administer benefits programs and respond to employee benefit inquiries.
- Coordinate Leave of Absence programs and employee communication.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Support policy administration and HR compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HRIS Administration, or an HR Generalist capacity.
- Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing, administering, or supporting ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience with NetSuite, NovaTime, and/or benefits administration platforms.
- Experience supporting annual open enrollment processes.
- Background recruiting for hourly positions within hospitality, retail, food service, housekeeping, manufacturing, or similar environments.
