Front Desk Coordinator

We're working with a finance company in Culver City who are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to cover for a medical leave.

You'll be responsible for greeting clients and guests, assisting with scheduling appointments, answering phones and emails, assisting with ordering and restocking office supplies and special projects.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of front desk support experience
• Basic MS Office
• Finance or banking experience a huge plus
