Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Order Processor to join our team in City of Industry. This position will support customers throughout the order process, from initial inquiry and order entry through delivery and follow-up. Construction industry experience is a plus, particularly experience working with contractors, building materials, or project-related orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide order status, product, pricing, and delivery information
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track orders and communicate updates or delays to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot order issues
• Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Follow up on backorders, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Assist with general administrative and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service, order processing, or inside sales experience

Construction, building materials, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a strong plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable handling multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Experience with ERP/order entry systems preferred

Ability to work effectively with customers and internal departments

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
