Job Summary
The Sourcing & Contract Manager is responsible for leading sourcing, procurement, and contract management activities that support the organization's strategic and operational objectives. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to procure products, services, and professional services while mitigating supplier-related risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position manages the end-to-end sourcing process, negotiates contracts and commercial terms, and drives value through cost savings, supplier performance, stakeholder satisfaction and risk management. As a trusted advisor, the Sourcing & Contract Manager collaborates across business functions to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and deliver effective procurement solutions aligned to business needs. Additionally, the role leverages market intelligence and industry insights to support informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process, including RFx activities, supplier evaluation and selection, and purchasing/negotiation strategy execution.
Develop, review, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts, master level agreements, statements of work, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify requirements, provide procurement guidance, and deliver cost-effective solutions that balance business needs and organizational objectives.
Assess and mitigate supplier-related risks by collaborating with due diligence partners such as Legal & Compliance, Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, and other key partners to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
Drive supplier performance, cost savings, and process improvements by utilizing market intelligence, supplier competition, analyzing data and trends, and recommending strategic sourcing opportunities.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations/management, sourcing, procurement, and/or supply management.
In depth knowledge of Procurement and contract negotiation strategy, processes, systems/tools and procurement/supplier management best practices.
Proven negotiation, contracting and project management skills with the ability to lead and prioritize activities.
Experience in negotiation of assets, outsourced service, hardware and software/Cloud, and professional services contracts.
Experience supporting technology, professional services, and outsourced service agreements
Proficient in the use of MS SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and at workload and time management.
Proficient skillset in analyzing cost data, research market trends, identify best practices, and manage supporting contract development activities.
Preferred professional licensure or certification: CPSM, C.P.M., CPIM, or CSCP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$76,250.00 - $111,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
