Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) | Nights | OH

Summary

Pomerene Hospital is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical RN to join its nursing team in Millersburg, Ohio.

Schedule

  • 312-hour night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to medical and post-surgical patients
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records

Qualifications

Required

  • Current RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification

Preferred

  • Critical Access Hospital experience
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment
