Position Summary:
 
This is a requirement to provide the necessary level of professional, technical and program management support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) J3/4/7 Operations Directorate.  The Senior Program Analyst shall conduct continuous analysis of the 57 WMD-CST Mission Reports and Operational Readiness SITREPs (ORSITREPs). The analyst shall produce a detailed Monthly WMD-CST Mission Gap Analysis Report and a Monthly Operational Readiness Status (ORS) Report detailing personnel, equipment, and training deficiencies affecting Response Management Plan (RMP) compliance.  The Senior Program Analyst serves as the primary logistical and analytical planner for the WMD-CST Command Section Orientation Course (CSOC) and the WMD-CST Operations Course.
 
Skills and Qualification Required:
  • US Citizenship
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s or higher Degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field
  • 15 years experience
  • Proficiency with Army Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communications Skills
Skills and Qualifications Preferred:
  • National Guard Bureau experience
