In this role, you will lead business analysis efforts across multiple Salesforce platforms, partnering closely with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and implementation partners to define and deliver scalable solutions. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; preferred education includes a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Product Analysis, or Salesforce solution delivery.
  • Current Salesforce certification required, preferably Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, with experience across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud.
  • Demonstrable ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and translate complex needs into scalable solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
  • Good communication, collaborator management, and multi-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and serve as a trusted Salesforce authority.
