Job Summary:
The Digital Banking Analyst I provides timely technical and administrative support to the Digital Banking team and Electronic Banking management, including the setup, training and support of commercial customers and Digital Banking products. This position supports and handles research, follow up on issues, and the evaluation, installation, and monitoring of potential or selected new vendors/systems. This will include basic to intermediate IT customer support for computers, cell phones, and web browsers. The position will work on department, as well as corporate wide projects as a Subject Matter Expert. This position also requires strong communication and analytical skills.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Coordinates the research, reporting, and resolution of issues identified for assigned Digital Banking functions during product/system outages. Works closely with other business units and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.Sets up, trains, maintains and provides support for customers using Digital Banking services such as mobile banking, Business Internet Banking, Consumer Internet Banking, People Pay, Positive Pay, ACH, Remote Deposit, Fed EDI reporting and Wire Transfers. Updates bill pay temporary and permanent limits (ensuring appropriate approvals are received), which includes file testing files and other IT support.Serves as Subject Matter expert on departmental as well as PMO for Corporate wide projects.Assists internal/external customers with issues, research requests, workload, vendor relations, etc. to ensure timely and accurate processing. This includes technical support such as assisting with troubleshooting websites, scanners, web browsers, cell phones, computer settings, as well as bank applications. Also included is providing backup for the Digital Banking call center.Reviews and approves/declines mobile banking deposit exceptions during closing shift.Creates and maintains documentation for procedures for new and existing products and keep disaster recovery scripts up to date. Proposes system and procedure changes as needed to prevent future issues, improve function, or improve service.Monitors and reviews vendor communications for all products and services supported by the Digital Banking team for enhancements and new feature/functionality; escalating unresolved issues, including all relevant details, to appropriate individuals and/or vendors.Performs other duties as assigned, such as preparing and sending monthly Account Analysis file.
Education and/or Experience:
College degree preferredAt least four years of experience in Bank operations, project coordination, or similar financial functions requiredOr equivalent combination of education and experience

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $53,000 - $62,250
