AML/KYC Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Review client records and supporting documentation to identify potential anti-money laundering and know-your-customer concerns.
• Conduct due diligence activities by evaluating customer profiles, transaction details, and risk indicators to support compliance decisions.
• Prepare clear, well-organized reports that summarize findings, document concerns, and recommend next steps for review.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to investigate alerts, resolve documentation gaps, and maintain accurate case records.
• Assess compliance-related and credit risk factors when examining customer relationships and account activity.
• Help ensure internal procedures align with regulatory expectations by applying established compliance controls in daily work.
Qualifications:
• Experience in compliance, anti-money laundering, or know-your-customer review work.
• Knowledge of due diligence practices and risk-based assessment methods.
• Ability to identify and evaluate compliance risk through detailed analysis of customer information.
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with AML regulations, monitoring concepts, and financial crime prevention principles.
• Understanding of credit risk management considerations within regulated business environments.
• 1 year of AML experience plus 3 years of business experience
