- Lead and support branch personnel, including managers, tellers, and customer-facing staff
- Ensure smooth branch operations and an exceptional customer experience
- Partner with lending and deposit teams to support customer needs

- Serve as a trusted resource for both customers and employees

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in retail banking, branch leadership, or a closely related financial services role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage branch operations, and deliver strong customer service outcomes.
• Working knowledge of personal banking products, new accounts, certificates of deposit, credit, and loan servicing activities.
• Experience building client relationships and supporting both consumer and commercial banking needs.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, operational controls, and policy standards within a banking environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise customers and motivate staff effectively.
• Proven ability to support business development, deposit growth, and overall branch performance in a local market.
Compensation
