Sr. Human Resources (HR) Manager
CONTRACT ROLE - 3 days on-site in San Francisco
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Human Resources Manager to support a broad range of people operations for our client in San Francisco, CA. This Contract position will lead core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including talent processes, employee relations, and compliance-focused administration. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a hands-on approach, and the ability to guide both routine and sensitive HR matters in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Direct daily HR operations across hiring, onboarding, and employee separations, including complex and sensitive situations such as involuntary exits and workforce reductions.
• Provide ongoing guidance and prioritization support to two HR administrative team members and a corporate support partner handling office coordination, events, and executive assistance needs.
• Organize and manage year-end performance review activities, including review launch preparation, follow-up coordination, and planning support for compensation adjustments, bonus decisions, and promotion discussions within Lattice.
• Oversee HR administration, internal communication, and accurate maintenance of employee records to support compliance and operational consistency.
• Partner with leadership on performance management matters by helping prepare documentation, track follow-up actions, and maintain timely support for employee-related issues.
• Assist with workplace safety initiatives and help sustain programs aligned with OSHA-related practices and organizational requirements.
• Conduct audits of HR systems and contribute to process development and configuration improvements following a recent transition to Resourcing Edge.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility in HR operations or employee relations.• Strong background in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
• Experience supporting performance reviews, performance management documentation, and compensation or promotion planning cycles.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to review records, identify discrepancies, and support system audits.
• Familiarity with benefits-related processes, leave of absence administration, and compliance-driven record keeping.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and OSHA-related support responsibilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, sound judgment, and clear communication across multiple stakeholder groups.
Compensation
