ADA Manager
Position Overview
Support the creation and remediation of organizational materials to ensure full compliance with ADA and WCAG accessibility standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Remediate PDFs, forms, and multi-page documents for screen reader compatibility, including tagging, reading order, and alt text
- Ensure ADA-compliant layout, typography, and color contrast across materials
- Work within established brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content accessibility needs
- Document remediation steps and provide guidance on accessibility best practices
Qualifications:
Technical Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience using accessibility tools in Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides)
- Experience using Grackle Extensions, Grackle Go, and PAC
- Strong understanding of digital and print accessibility
- Deep knowledge of WCAG (2.1 or 2.2) and ADA standards, Section 508

- Expertise in ADA and WCAG compliance
- Strong experience with PDF and document remediation
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Advanced Google Suite skills
- Ability to preserve brand integrity while ensuring accessibility compliance

Compensation
