Senior ERP Analyst – Workday Finance

Location: 100% Remote, Wisconsin based candidates only- will travel to office 4 times per quarter

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility around core hours

Position Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior ERP Analyst with strong Workday Finance experience to join a collaborative healthcare organization undergoing a significant ERP transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the current Workday environment while also gaining exposure to a large-scale implementation of a new Workday platform.

The organization is transitioning toward a unified ERP environment, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on application support and being part of a major technology transformation.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support for the current Workday Finance environment.
• Serve as a key resource for finance-related application questions, issues, and user tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Finance issues while providing excellent end-user support.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to understand business needs and identify solutions.
• Collaborate with existing Workday analysts and help support the team's day-to-day workload.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization's current Workday environment.
• Gradually become involved in the organization's new Workday ERP implementation.
• Partner with implementation and technical teams as the organization progresses through architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with documentation, testing, process improvements, and user support.
• Collaborate with other functional areas, including Supply Chain, as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience, with a focus on Workday Finance.
• Strong understanding of Workday Finance modules and functionality.
• Experience providing Workday application support and troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with business users and resolving finance-related tickets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting or participating in a Workday implementation or transformation.
• Experience with ERP modernization or migration projects.
• Healthcare or large-enterprise experience.
• Experience working with system integrators or implementation partners.
• Exposure to testing, configuration, documentation, and deployment activities.
