Project Manager/Sr. Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Direct the full project lifecycle for a major enterprise platform transformation, ensuring technical workstreams stay aligned with business goals and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans covering milestones, resource allocation, budget oversight, risk tracking, and interdependencies across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders from finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to coordinate activities and support timely decision-making.
• Establish clear governance practices by preparing status updates, leading executive communications, and facilitating steering committee discussions.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather business needs, document existing workflows, and define improved future-state operating models.
• Translate business priorities into organized functional and technical requirements while controlling scope throughout the program.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain leaders to assess impacts across transportation, distribution, warehousing, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and internal teams through migration, integration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Monitor project issues, risks, action items, and deliverables, and drive resolution plans to support successful post-launch stabilization.
Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of project management experience delivering enterprise business system programs.• Proven success leading ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration initiatives in complex organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, transportation operations, and 3PL business models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and cross-functional transformation efforts.
• Experience managing project governance, executive reporting, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methods, including Agile practices and Jira.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and leadership teams.
Compensation
