Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities tied to the office relocation and help keep project tasks moving forward efficiently.
• Prepare desks, offices, and shared spaces for the move by confirming items are cleared, organized, and ready for packing.
• Label, sort, and arrange boxes and materials to support accurate packing and smooth transportation.
• Organize mailroom contents, office supplies, and stored items to improve visibility and maintain order during the relocation process.
• Assist with cleaning and arranging storage areas so materials can be tracked and accessed easily.
• Monitor packing progress, maintain organized item groupings, and report concerns or delays to the appropriate team members.
• Support the movement of office equipment and supplies according to project direction and established priorities.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling assistance, calendar coordination, and communication updates as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace throughout all phases of the relocation effort.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, facilities support, or a related function is preferred.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently, stay dependable, and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting that requires flexibility and close attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation is required for this onsite assignment.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends based on project needs.
• Experience with administrative assistance, inbound call handling, scheduling, or calendar support is a plus.
Compensation
