Sr. Financial Analyst

Compensation: $80 to $90 Yearly

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to support business planning and performance evaluation in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This role focuses on turning financial data into clear insights that guide budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, sound business judgment, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance to identify key variances and business drivers.
• Contribute to the creation of the annual operating plan by developing realistic assumptions and challenging projections where needed.
• Build and maintain recurring forecasts while assessing trends that may influence financial outlook and planning decisions.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages tailored to stakeholder needs and leadership review.
• Examine historical performance data to support budget development for assigned business areas and improve planning accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to address emerging business questions and support strategic decisions.
• Guide and coach team members on financial planning practices, reporting standards, and analytical methods.
• Support additional finance-related responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strength in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience preparing recurring reports and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in trend analysis and ad hoc financial evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 Yearly
