Meetings & Events Project Manager – Software Implementation
Responsibilities:
• Lead the configuration, improvement, and standardization of TripleSeat to support meeting and event operations across multiple locations.
• Develop repeatable templates, workflows, and documentation that help teams use the platform consistently and effectively.
• Partner with onsite stakeholders to align system setup with operational needs, including meeting scheduling, room usage, and event coordination.
• Create and refine banquet event order structures and related system processes to support a range of vendor and service requirements.
• Analyze reporting capabilities and design practical output formats that better match client expectations and business needs.
• Train onsite team members on system functionality, best practices, and standardized procedures to strengthen long-term adoption.
• Support the rollout of the platform to additional sites by establishing implementation plans and scalable operating methods.
• Provide onsite coverage in New York, New York, with flexibility to move between nearby locations as meeting activity requires.
• Manage priorities in a fast-paced setting with a large volume of meetings, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.
Qualifications:
• Significant experience in corporate meetings and events, preferably within complex, high-volume environments.• Hands-on background with event or workplace scheduling platforms such as TripleSeat, Cvent, Condeco, or comparable systems.
• Proven success leading software implementation, process improvement, or platform rollout initiatives.
• Ability to create training materials, standard operating procedures, and user-friendly templates for multiple teams.
• Experience supporting food and beverage-related event workflows or similar service-oriented systems is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working independently onsite while coordinating support across more than one location.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with rollout planning, resource coordination, quality control, and reporting analysis is beneficial.
Compensation
