Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage the daily calendar to help maintain an efficient schedule for the physician.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, address routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate person when needed.
• Welcome patients and visitors, providing courteous front-desk support and creating a well-organized office environment.
• Enter, update, and maintain administrative records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as document handling, correspondence, and general clerical support.
• Monitor scheduling changes and communicate updates clearly to patients and internal staff.
• Support operational activities that help the practice run smoothly and maintain organized administrative workflows.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.• Ability to handle inbound calls effectively while providing clear and helpful communication.
• Strong scheduling and calendar coordination skills in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Comfortable managing front-desk responsibilities while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and leadership in a detail-oriented environment.
