Sr. Litigation Paralegal

A growing, technology-forward plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Assistant to directly support a successful trial attorney handling a diverse caseload ranging from automobile accidents to complex, high-value injury claims. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from intake through resolution, assist with litigation matters including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, maintain exceptional client communication, prepare demand packages, organize medical records and evidence, track treatment and damages, and proactively move cases forward. The firm embraces innovation and AI-driven legal technology to enhance efficiency while remaining committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on both client and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of personal injury experience, including substantial exposure to both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Candidates should possess strong case management skills, experience supporting litigators and trial attorneys, proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing quality or responsiveness. Successful applicants are proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who take ownership of their files, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation, accountability, and teamwork are highly valued. Missouri and Kansas personal injury experience is preferred, and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

$55,000.00-$75,000.00 Yearly
