Inventory & Order Management Analyst

Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with an exciting, rapidly growing company seeking an Inventory & Order Management Analyst to improve inventory accuracy, streamline order fulfillment, and enhance operational efficiency. The Inventory & Order Management Analyst will serve as a key link between office and warehouse teams, ensuring a seamless flow from receiving through final order fulfillment.

As the Inventory & Order Management Analyst, you will:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through reconciliations, variance analysis, and cycle count support.
• Manage inventory allocation, preorder, and backorder activity to support customer demand and fulfillment goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce errors, delays, and overselling.
• Support order processing, pick-list generation, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with office and warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues and improve communication.
• Utilize inventory and fulfillment systems, including ERP systems, order management systems or similar platforms.
• Assist with physical inventories and year-end stock validation activities.

• Experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, order management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

• Proficiency with inventory management and order fulfillment software.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
