Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvement and data-driven decision-making in Branford, Connecticut. This role focuses on analyzing system needs, reviewing business documentation, and translating operational requirements into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle-based environments, strong SQL and PL/SQL capabilities, and the ability to work across teams to strengthen enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of enterprise applications and process documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Oracle technologies, including solid programming skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and the ability to connect business needs with system capabilities.
• Experience reviewing business and technical documents to extract requirements, validate logic, and support solution design.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and presentation of actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to additional Oracle-related platforms or modules is preferred, with at least some prior hands-on Oracle experience required.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 Yearly
